CT/CTA

Computerized Axial Tomography (CAT or simply CT) produces detailed images of the body and its internal organs. This modality combines special x-ray equipment with sophisticated computers to produce multiple images. These cross-sectional images can then be examined by a radiologists to diagnose problems such as cancers, cardiovascular disease, infectious disease, trauma and musculoskeletal disorders. Orange County Diagnostics has three CT scanners that provide a wide range of services including CT angiography, bone density, 3D reconstruction and multiplanar reconstruction. Evening and Saturday appointments available.
